They Installed a bathtub at my new construction home 2 years ago. Recently fill the bathtub for the first time and got water through my walls down to the first floor. They never connected the overflow drain to the main drain and all water went from the overflow drain to the walls and down to first floor bathroom.
Nick did a very good job and was extremely professional. Happy with the work I had done.
Nick fixed faucet, new garbage disposal and installed new pipe under the sink all for my kitchen sink. Heexplained pricing and options I would have. Also did all the work in timely manner and nice that discounts if you have a few items to fix. I would recommend to others and have called before. Thanks!
We had our tub waste and overflow on our tub start leaking over the weekend. I called the plummer on call and he was very polite and helpful. On Monday morning one of the other plummer's at 5 Star called back to check on my call and was at my house in 30 minutes to replace the overflow. Nick was great and did a professional job, would call 5 Star again for any future issues.

NO. Would not recommend this guys to anyone. Unless you have enough money to pay for a bad job.
Called them and they said that it was a 1 year warranty. Like there was a way for me to take apart the bathtub and see if it was installed or not. I told them I could pay them if it was something else but if it was something they forgot they should fix it at no cost because they already got paid to install it on the first place. They say even if it was not installed correctly I have to pay. Are you serious?
