Sliced my toe open... Got me in immediately and stitched me up quick.... Great care.....
Went in for nasal congestion and cough. I was told that I had a sinus infection, but that they would not treat until I had symptoms for 2 weeks or more. Called in 4 weeks later with continued symptoms, only to be told that I need to come back in and pay for another evaluation. I had a couple other people tell me they went to a couple different doctors with the same symptoms and length of illness and em they were both given antibiotics immediately. I can't afford to be going to the doctor that frequently. I am very unsatisfied with my service. I called my family doctor today, who was busy the day I went to acute care, and was told they've never heard of waiting like that before. I will not be visiting this acute care again.
